All Sales Final & Store Policy

All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns, and/or exchanges.

All balances must be paid in full before delivery. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

A storage fee of 5% of purchase price will be collected if merchandise is not taken within 30 days of purchase date.

By purchasing either online or instore, you are agreeing to these the above and below terms.

Deliveries
Jem Furniture offers delivery and set-up for furniture purchase. You (buyer) agree to measure doorways, stairways, and designated space before ordering, as we are not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit or not to your preference. Jem Furniture Liquidators can designate a day for delivery, but not a specific time. We cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture. After your purchase, we will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Pick-Ups
You can pick-up your furniture at our warehouse location at 2236 S Vineyard Ave, Ontario CA 91761. Please call us 24 hours in advance of desired pick-up date so that we can have your order ready. You assume all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. You agree to measure doorways, designated space, and stairways before ordering, as we are not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit or not to your preference.

Returns:

All sales made in-store and/or online are final. There are no returns or exchanges.

Cancellations:

All cancellations are subject to seller approval. In the event which an order has not been picked or delivered from Jem Furniture a minimum fee of 30% (re-stocking fee) of the purchase price will be assessed on seller approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Special and/or custom orders cannot be cancelled for any reasons.

As-Is Items:

Online and In-Store As-Is items have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. You assume all risks as to the quality and performance of such items.

Special/Custom Orders:

Special and/or custom orders are subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit. They cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.

Carry-In Manufacturer Warranties:

Manufacturer warranty's cover manufacturer defects only and are provided by Manufacturer not the Seller (Jem Furniture). Accidental damage, wear and tear from in-home or outdoor use are not covered under manufacturer warranty. Customer modifications, neglect, abuse, damage from added fabric protection, water damage, fabric fading or discoloration from sunlight, natural wood grain characteristics, piling, wrinkling, or use of furniture not used as designed are not covered and may void manufacturer warranty.

All warranties are "carry-in" warranties. Buyer must bring merchandise to Seller Ontario store location and seller will transport merchandise to manufacturer. Buyer must pay delivery fee if requesting for Seller to pick up item for warranty purposes.

All inventory, except As-Is items, have a 30 day carry-in warranty by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise. The 90 days begin at date of purchase.

Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on orders. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any.
